Field Trip...
We went on our first field trip to the library next door.  The students were so well behaved that we were invited back! Look how attentive the class was when they were listening to the stories!  They truly enjoyed their visit to the library!

A special thank you to all the parents who filled out the application for their chid's very own library card.  I will be sending home the library cards soon and make sure you plan a visit to the library with your child soon!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMERON and TEDDY!
We even had Teddy's mom read a book in honor of Teddy's special day!

Wiggle Breaks...

The students loved dancing to the songs this week.  They are so adorable to watch!

Math...
We have been learning about money this week.  The students have been busy counting and adding pennies, nickels and dimes together.  We even took a break and listened to the money rap song.  The students loved it!!

Veteran's Day

What a Special Day!!!

Today we celebrated Veteran's Day at school.  If you were able to attend the ceremony today it was truly a special event!  The student's sang patriotic songs and Brendan's grandfather and Travis' dad were both honored today for their dedication for serving our country.  Please enjoy the day off tomorrow and take a moment to discuss with your child why we observe this special day.

See everyone on Wednesday... :)

Field Trip Fun...

Science...
We had our first in school field trip.  High Touch High Tech came to visit us last week.  The students learned all about weather.  Take a look at all the interesting activities the studets did with Mr. Chris.  The students had a blast and enjoyed every minute!  Thank you for helping to support our school programs!

Halloween Fun!

Wow... What a Halloween!  The students had fun dressing up and enjoyed the parade. Everyone looked amazing in their costume.  Here are some pictures from the parade!  I hope everyone had a great time.

After the parade, the students then returned to the classroom for a Halloween craft.  The students had fun making a handprint bat.  The students did an amazing job!!

A very special thank you to all the parents who came to help dress the students, walk in the parade or came to help out during the Halloween craft!  I appreciate all the help!!
